sitting on their butts with their hands out? when was the last time you were laid off from a job, with a wife & a couple of kids to feed and support? and when did you have a housefire and couldn't get emergency service because the city/county had had to let a lot of their workers go.....you'd be the first to start screaming that you had to wait 2 seconds.
don't categorize everyone who doesn't have a lot of money as lazy, expecting handouts. when all the blue collar workers lose their jobs, who's going to collect your garbage, deliver gasoline to your gas station, sew the shirts that you wear & clean the schools your kids attend?
show a little compassion. i don't know of anyone who covets or begrudges your wealth, i'm sure there are some, just as there are those who expect the rest of us, including those of us who have worked hard all our lives to barely meet ends on the meager retirement we receive. we have to pay for those people too you know. everyone can't be at the top. try to appreciate those who do the service that makes your being on the top possible.
